Course Description

Prerequisite course to Live Patient Soft Tissue Surgery Course in Tijuana, Mexico. This course is designed for general dentists and specialists who wish to learn and advance their soft tissue management skills around teeth and implants. Topics will include but not limited to: Why soft tissue? Biology, diagnosis and treatment planning Historical Contexts Techniques for root coverage, guided tissue regeneration around natural dentition and implants Recipient and donor site preparation Harvesting techniques & donor site coverage for minimal post-op discomfort Indications and use of allograft Case reviews Hands-on Suturing Exercise Hands-on Soft Tissue Grafting procedures on Models / Pig-jaw Live Patient Soft Tissue Surgery Demo ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the standards of the Academy of General Dentistry Program Approval for Continuing Education (PACE) through the joint program provider approval of MINEC America and Implant Accelerator. Cancellation/Refund Policy

Partial refund up to thirty (30) days prior to the course. Less than 30 days prior to the course, tuition is nonrefundable. Rescheduling to a different course date will be offered. MINEC America and Implant Accelerator may cancel scheduled courses up to thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled start of the course if certain attendance minimums are not met.
